3D Laser/3D Etching

3D laser, or 3D etching is a technique which nicely shows a 3-dimentional shape, a product or a replica inside a crystal trophy. This technology is a replacement of an embedded Lucite trophy.

Color-filling

This method is to fill in different colors on the sand-blasted text or pattern on the surface of a crystal trophy. Different from digital UV printing, color-filling will help to make the text or pattern more dimensional.

Water Jet Cutting & Acid Washing

Water-jet cutting is a method used to cut crystal trophies. Instead of a blade, raw materials are cut by a water and sand jet. The result is a custom shape with precise cut out and the edges having a frosted effect. The edges need to be acid-washed to show transparency.
