Send what you have. We ask for anything missing in one reply.

DrawingA PDF or sketch with the finished height, width and depth.
ArtworkLogos and lettering as vector files (SVG, AI or PDF), plus brand fonts.
WordingUse only deal names, dates and figures you are authorised to disclose. For personalised pieces, send a CSV containing only approved wording.
Quantity and dateHow many, by when, and whether reorders will follow.
DestinationOne delivery address, or direct parcels to each recipient.
